By accessing or using BDO Guild Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

BDO Guild Manager is a web-based tool designed to help Black Desert Online guild leaders and officers manage their guilds. The Service provides features including but not limited to:

• Guild member management and role assignments
• War tracking and attendance monitoring
• Strategic planning tools (maps, platoons)
• Announcement and poll systems
• Payout calculation and distribution
• Discord webhook integration

To use the Service, you must:

• Authenticate using a valid Discord or Google account
• Provide accurate information when creating or joining a guild
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

The Service offers paid subscription plans (Standard, Plus, Elite). By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize recurring charges through Paddle, our payment processor
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Upload malicious content through any input fields
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Impersonate other users or entities

All content, design, code, and features of BDO Guild Manager are the property of the Service owner. "Black Desert Online" and related assets are trademarks of Pearl Abyss. This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearl Abyss.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss due to unforeseen circumstances
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any damages resulting from your use of the Service
• Actions taken by third parties (Discord, Paddle, etc.)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
