💳 Subscription Plans
BDO Guild Manager offers subscription-based plans (Standard, Plus, and Elite) that are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment provider.
⏱️ 3-Day Refund Window
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your first payment.
🚫 Non-Refundable After 3 Days
After the 3-day refund window, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after the 3-day period
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Partial use of the subscription period
- Renewal charges (the 3-day guarantee applies to first purchase only)
- Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
🔄 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your guild settings page. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your guild access will be locked until a new subscription is activated
- No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing period
⚙️ Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error is confirmed.

To request a refund (within the 3-day window), contact us with your account email and the date of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
